LayWare ist eine native Layoutsoftware für macOS 14 oder neuer auf Apple Silicon. Texte, Bilder, Formen und Vektorobjekte lassen sich zu gestalteten Dokumenten kombinieren. Aktueller Entwicklungsstand: Version 0.20.8-alpha.1 · Stand 16. Oktober 2026. Der Design Assistant unterstützt den Einstieg mit bearbeitbaren Vorlagen. Zu den Formaten gehören Flyer, Plakate, Faltblätter, Visitenkarten und Postkarten sowie weitere Druck- und Social-Media-Formate. Farben, Schriften und Inhalte bleiben individuell anpassbar. Neu im aktuellen Stand: eine vereinfachte Formatauswahl und 18 überarbeitete Flyer- und Plakatkompositionen mit getrennten Titel-, Bild-, Informations- und Kontaktbereichen. Die angebundene Softdeck-Bildbibliothek bietet passende Originalbilder für berechtigte Accounts; verwendete Originale werden vollständig in das Dokument eingebettet. LayWare ist eine Alpha-Version. Fehler sind möglich; eine vollständige Kompatibilität mit InDesign- oder Illustrator-Dateien wird nicht zugesagt. Der öffentliche Download ist noch nicht freigeschaltet. Diese Seite stellt den aktuellen Entwicklungsstand vor; sie ist keine Freigabe eines Installationspakets.
