Content and updates
We prepare and maintain this website with care. Product descriptions, images and previews reflect the development stage described. Features and availability may change during development. Binding specifications are those stated in the individual offer and agreed contractual terms.
Liability information
Statutory liability rules apply to the content and operation of this website. These notices do not establish a blanket exclusion of liability or restrict liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or mandatory statutory claims. Contractual warranty rights remain unaffected.
External links
This website may link to third-party services. Their providers are responsible for their content. If we receive specific information about unlawful linked content, we review it and remove affected links where necessary. Please send relevant reports, including the URL, to our contact address.
Copyright and trademarks
Texts, design, logos, images and software are subject to applicable copyright and trademark rights. Third-party rights remain with their respective owners. Use beyond statutory permissions or expressly granted rights requires permission from the rights holder. Displaying a program on Softdeck does not itself grant a software licence.
Software and licence terms
Use of a program is governed by the licence terms accompanying the individual offer and the rights agreed at acquisition. These may include an account requirement, device activation, periodic licence checks and version rights. The specifically agreed version applies; later changes to this legal notice do not change existing contracts. Previews and illustrative detail views do not grant download or usage rights.
Published licence terms are provided with the individual offer before completion. Previously accepted versions are available in your orders. For questions, contact support@softdeck.de.
