Website and hosting
Softdeck is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM in Germany. Requests involve technical connection data such as IP address, time, requested URL and browser information for delivery and security. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure operation).
Accounts, licences and orders
Registration and use involve email address, password hash, confirmations, sessions, order and licence records and necessary device identifiers. These enable sign-in, access checks, device management and records. Legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and, where applicable, (c) for legal obligations. Public payments and downloads are currently disabled.
Contact and support
Contact requests and tickets involve your contact details, message and submitted attachments. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual enquiries, otherwise (f) for responding to enquiries. Please submit only necessary information.
File storage and backups
Software packages and authorised library images are stored in private Cloudflare R2 with EU jurisdiction. Encrypted backups include platform data and required configuration. Short-lived download links require an access check. Potential international access and contractual safeguards for Cloudflare must be addressed in the final privacy review.
Cookies and analytics
No optional analytics or marketing scripts are currently loaded. Necessary session and language storage and local browser preferences are explained under Cookies and preferences. Any future optional analytics requires a separate revocable choice.
Retention
Data is processed only as long as required for its purpose or statutory retention obligations. Deletion requests are reviewed with regard to existing rights and recordkeeping duties. Specific retention periods for hosting logs, tickets and backups are still being finalised.
Your rights
Subject to applicable requirements you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent for the future. Contact support@softdeck.de. You may complain to a supervisory authority, in particular the North Rhine-Westphalia data protection authority.
